Use the contact form to report any problem. Include your browser, operating system, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and any error messages.

Types of Issues

Response Time

We aim to respond to all issue reports within 48 hours. Critical bugs affecting test functionality are prioritised. For urgent issues, include "URGENT" in your message subject.

Feature Requests

Feature requests are welcome via the contact form. We read every submission, though we cannot respond to all individually. You can also check the changelog to see what's been recently added.
