How do I delete my account?
Use the contact form with your username. We'll delete your account and all data within 7 days.
To request account deletion:
- Go to the contact form
- Include your username and the email address associated with your account
- Request account deletion in your message
We will delete your account and all associated data — test results, profile information, and leaderboard entries — within 7 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Before you delete
If you're having a specific issue rather than wanting to leave permanently, you may want to first:
- Check account settings to adjust privacy preferences
- Review the data privacy FAQ
- Contact support if you're experiencing a technical problem
What happens after deletion
Your account, email, username, and all test results are permanently removed. Leaderboard entries attributed to your account are removed. This action is irreversible — we cannot restore deleted accounts.
