By using TypingTest.now ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

TypingTest.now provides a free online typing speed test, progress tracking, and leaderboard features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not create accounts for others, share accounts, or create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or bans.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, macros, or scripts to generate typing test results
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings by any means
• Scrape or systematically download content from the service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the service's security
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Submit false, defamatory, or abusive content via feedback or contact forms

4. Leaderboard and Results

Leaderboard scores that are determined (by our anti-cheat system or manual review) to have been achieved through automated means, exploits, or other violations will be removed without notice. Accounts found to be cheating may be suspended.

5. Intellectual Property

The TypingTest.now name, logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. The word banks and quote collections we use are either original or drawn from public domain sources. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialize the service or its components without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data permanence, or accuracy of scores. Use the service for personal, non-commercial practice purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypingTest.now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
